These terms apply when you order from Open Oven Bakery at openovenbakery.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. We've kept them short and plain.
Our products & allergens
Our crackers are baked with gluten free ingredients. Please read each product's ingredient and allergen information before ordering. Our savory crackers contain milk; our sweet crackers contain tree nuts; individual flavors may contain other allergens as listed on their product pages.
Made in our own dedicated, grain-free kitchen — not a shared facility. Our kitchen handles milk, tree nuts, and coconut. We are not a certified gluten-free facility. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, review the ingredients carefully and consult your physician if you have any doubt. You are responsible for checking that a product is right for you.
Ordering & pricing
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We may limit or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or a flavor is out of season — and if we do, we'll refund any charge for that item.
Payment
Payments are securely processed by Square. By paying, you authorize the charge shown at checkout, including any shipping. We never see or store your full card number.
Shipping
We ship within the United States via the U.S. Postal Service. Shipping is calculated live from your address at checkout. We aren't responsible for carrier delays once a package leaves our hands, but if something goes wrong, tell us — we'll help make it right. Please enter your address carefully; we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
Local pickup & markets
You can choose local pickup in the Boca Raton and Coral Springs area, or find us at a South Florida farmers market. For pickup orders we'll contact you to arrange a time and place.
Returns, replacements & refunds
Because our crackers are fresh food, we can't accept returns for food-safety reasons. But your happiness matters: if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a quality problem, contact us within 7 days of delivery (a photo helps) and we'll replace it or refund it.
Cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best before it ships or is prepared for pickup.
Intellectual property
The Open Oven Bakery name, logo, recipes, photography, and site content are ours and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Our products and site are provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
