Every flavor is baked with gluten free ingredients — tapioca, not wheat or grains — in our own dedicated, grain-free kitchen. We don't call them “gluten-free” because we're not a certified gluten-free facility. If you avoid gluten by choice, they're made for you. If you have celiac disease, please note that we aren't certified or tested for gluten.

Grain free, no seed oils (we use avocado oil), real parmesan and real seasonings, and a short label you can actually read. Made by hand in small batches, not on a factory line.

Most savory flavors are made with real parmesan, so they contain milk. Orange Garlic, Vanilla Coconut, and Pumpkin Pie Spice are coconut- or nut-based. Every product page lists its exact ingredients and a Contains line — check there before you buy.

Sealed bags stay fresh for several weeks. Once opened, the resealable zip closure helps keep the crackers fresh for several more days — though they rarely last that long.
